Returns and Refunds

Course cancellations, exchanges are not permitted beyond 7 days after purchasing and anything later than such is at the owners descretion.

All commissions are thuroughly inspected and assessed before being delivered but if you are not entirely happy with something then you are required to contact us within 3 days of reciept, by phone or e mail, to discuss the mater. Although, this has never happened and we’re pretty confident you’ll love your newly restored furniture.

All peices purchased through our website need to be opened and checked within 3 days of receipt and if you are not happy with anything we ask you to contact us to discuss the mater.  Any damage caused in transit to you needs to be photographed and details sent to us immediately.

If returning an unwanted item, this will need to be at your cost and we will not be held accountable for any damage caused to said item whilst in transit back to us and we strongly recommend getting an insured specialised furniture courier for this.

Customer satisfaction is very high on our agenda and we ask that you discuss anything you are not entirely happy with with us as soon as possible.
